Installing Optional Disk Controller Drivers

5. Click the Driver tab.

6. Click the Update Driver button.

The Update Device Driver Wizard appears.

7. Click Next.

A dialog box appears.

8. Select “Search for a suitable driver for my device,” and then

click Next.

A dialog box appears.

9. Insert the Avid application CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.

10. Select “Specify a location,” and then click Next.

A dialog box appears.

11. Click the Browse button and browse to:

My Computer\CD-ROM drive letter\Upgradedrivers

\ATTO Fibre Channel \Win2K

12. Select Expressfc.inf, and then click Open.

13. Click OK in the Update Device Driver Wizard.

14. Click Next.

The Digital Signature Not Found dialog box appears.

15. Click Yes.

The software installs (which might take a minute).

16. Click Finish, and then close the Express Adapter window.

17. After you install the drivers for the ATTO controller, remove the Avid

application CD-ROM from the CD-ROM drive, and then restart the

system.
